Holzer Celebrity Dinner Wows Community 

The Holzer Heritage Foundation Celebrity Dinner and Auction was enormously successful, raising over $150,000.  This unique fundraising event took place at the Holzer Leadership and Innovation Institute on the Gallipolis campus with a “Holzer Stampede” theme. Over 300 attendees joined us from throughout Holzer’s service area to celebrate and raise funds for Holzer Heritage Foundation

Celebrity waiters who collected “tips” throughout the evening included Cindy Angel, Angel Blazer, Hunter Boggs, Destanni Burnett, Angie Burns, Destiny Carpenter, Kole Carter, Alex Clark, Jennifer Cleland, Jenny Cosgray, Stuart Dowling, Brandy Davis, Cece Davis, Emily Davis, Melissa Davis, Samantha Davis, Dr. Scott Davis, Molly Fitzwater, Jacob Gilmore, Sherry Gordon, Alli Hale, Beth Hamilton, Claire Hamilton, Rachel Hendricks, Vernon Hendricks, Nick Hopkins, Matt Johnson, Alicia Kandel, Cassy Lee, Phil Luckeydoo, Paxton Lush, Leandra Massie, Steve Matthews, Jenna Meadows, Sarah Nunn, Kendra Park, Justin Payne, Lynette Payne, Shelly Ranegar, Allison Richie, Pam Roach, Carey Roberts, Nick Rocchi, Shari Rocchi, Tara Salyers, Jennifer Saunders, Morgan Saunders, Dr. Rodney Stout, Tera Stewart, Danielle Thompson, Monica Valentine, Amy Whobrey, Renee Wray, and Jill Wright.

This year’s meal was prepared by Forgey Catering, Holzer Nutrition Services, following with a delicious desserts prepared by Dixie Walker. Following dinner, Josh Bodimer graciously conducted the charity auction, while Matt Hemphill and Morgan Sunders served as auction assistants “working the crowd.”

The planning committee for the event consisted of Shana Booher, Johanna Brown, Audrey Burris, Amanda Caldwell, Brandy Davis, Karrie Davison, Karen Deel, Trey Farley, Abby Greer, Beth Hamilton, Angie Hood, Patsy Imboden, Rebecca Lewis, Jenna Meadows, Holly Petro, Amee Rees, Angie Rocchi, and Jaime Sang. Other volunteers for the evening include Julie Burnette, Debbie Caldwell, Jon Davis, Mason Dishong, Brayden Greer, Marla King, Dillon McCarty, Angie Owens, Chris Petro, and Cherie Plese.  Special thanks were extended to Holzer Environmental Services, Maintenance, Marketing and Nutrition Services for their contributions to make the evening such a wonderful event.

“As I reflect on years past, I am reminded that this event is the culmination of hard work, volunteerism and dedicated leadership that knows our patients and communities are top priority,” stated Amee Rees, Director, Holzer Heritage Foundation. “This event was supported at every level of the organization. I truly appreciate everyone who helped make this Celebrity Dinner such a success.”
