ER or 911: "I feel like I need medical care now and do not feel safe to wait. It is a serious or life-threatening injury!"
Conditions include:
- Broken bone(s)
- First time seizure
- Chest pain/pressure
- Vomiting blood
- Deep open wound(s)
- Severe & sudden pain
- Severe burn or bleeding
- Sudden shortness of breath
- Sudden difficulty breathing
- Sudden dizziness or weakness
- Sudden change in vision
- Sudden loss in coordination or balance
Urgent Care: "I feel like I need medical care today but feel safe to wait for a few hours because my provider is unavailable." OR "I was directed to go to Urgent Care."
Conditions include:
- Migraine/headache
- Infections
- Minor injuries
- Accidents/falls
- Fever over 101.5
- Broken fingers/toes
- Animal or insect bites
- Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
- Cold/flu symptoms
- Nausea & vomiting
Primary Care: "I feel like I need medical care but feel safe to wait for one or two days."
Conditions include:
- Rash
- Earache
- Sore throat
- Medication refills/questions
- Runny nose
- Vaccinations
- Wellness screenings
- Chronic aches & pains
